Descripción general : Estamos buscando un líder de recursos humanos altamente experimentado que debe conocer las últimas tendencias en recursos humanos, incluido el compromiso de los empleados, la gestión del desempeño y la compensación y los beneficios. Él / ella también debe tener una buena comprensión de la industria de TI, sus tendencias y las habilidades y experiência específicas requeridas para los diferentes roles dentro de la organización. Responsabilidades : Gestión del rendimiento: implemente y gestione sistemas de gestión del rendimiento, incluido el establecimiento de objetivos, revisiones del rendimiento y comentarios. Trabaje con los gerentes para desarrollar planes de mejora del desempeño y monitorear el progreso. Capacitación y desarrollo: Desarrollar e implementar programas de capacitación y desarrollo para ayudar a los empleados a adquirir nuevas habilidades y avanzar en sus carreras. Identifique las brechas de habilidades y diseñe programas para abordarlas. Compromiso de los empleados: desarrolle e implemente programas de compromiso de los empleados para mejorar la moral, la motivación y la satisfacción laboral. Supervise la satisfacción de los empleados, identifique áreas de mejora y tome medidas correctivas. Cumplimiento: asegúrese de que la empresa cumpla con todas las leyes y regulaciones relacionadas con los recursos humanos, incluidas las leyes laborales, las leyes de igualdad de oportunidades y las normas de salud y seguridad. Requisitos : Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín. Más de 4 años de experiência en recursos humanos, con un enfoque en la industria de TI. Experiência en la gestión de funciones de recursos humanos, como contratación, capacitación y desarrollo, gestión del desempeño y cumplimiento. Experiência en la gestión de presupuestos de la empresa en el departamento de RRHH. Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales. Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y la capacidad de administrar una fuerza laboral diversa y técnica. Familiaridad con software común, lenguajes de programación y bases de datos utilizados en la industria de TI. Cómodo trabajando con datos y herramientas de análisis para analizar métricas de recursos humanos y tomar decisiones basadas en datos. Sólido conocimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos, leyes y reglamentos laborales.
