**Job Title**Btl & Events Marketing Specialist**Position Purpose**This position will be responsible to coordinate and monitor BTL AutoZone and vendor activations calendar, making sure to don't overlap AZ or vendor activations in stores. This position is responsible to prepare the communication to store to keep the operation updated regarding BTL AZ or vendor activations. The BTL & Events specialists are responsible to manage properly and keep updated the promotional souvenirs inventory. This position is responsible to consolidate, design and prepare the BTL results, Quarterly Meetings and Events presentations. This position is also responsible to support in events logistics, and other event management duties.**Primary Accountabilities**- Manage, coordinate, monitor AutoZone and vendor BTL activations calendar.- Prepare and communicate properly AutoZone or vendors BTL activations plan to store.- Prepare, design in canvas presentations for major promos results, quarterly meetings, and events proposals.- Support in event logistics and other event management duties- Kept and manage properly the promotional souvenirs inventory.- Scouting venues for company events**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: LEM, LCC or similarYears of Experience: Minimum/no experience.Type of Experience: BTL agencies, event organizations in retailOther/Preferred: Analytical person
