Currently we are looking for our next: Strategy and Portfolio Manager. The operating environment in which IT supports the business is undergoing immense change, and it's imperative that we transform in ways that enable us to meet the future needs of our business and partners & customers. A critical part of this IT strategy is to expand our capabilities, tools and processes to enable the organization to realize new and diverse opportunities. However, given the global and local complexities, it is critical that as an IT organization to be highly strategic regarding our decisions and evaluate complex and divergent data points to ensure we optimize our actions and course correct when necessary. This role supports and delivers a broad range of portfolio management strategic processes that are critical to our business and help facilitate investment decisions across IT. The main purpose of this role is to be a "trusted advisor" of "ANDEAN, SOUTH CONE (SOCO) & CENTRAL AMERICA AND CARIBBEAN (CARICAM) CIO", building together with the "IT Strategy" and supporting it with a Portfolio that makes sense to the organization (holistically). For this to be real, the role needs to identify in a proactive way connection points within IT S&T Team (Vendor Management, Agile COE, PMO, ITSM, Asset Management, Change Management) and also within IT Global areas: I&O / CTO, InfoSec, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Solutions. Be the main POC for IT investments Portfolio in his geography, Drive AOP and PSP Process (together with IT Finance) Facilitates development and delivery of IT portfolio strategy for the sector / function, bringing a strategic mindset within the process. Connects with CIOs, CTO, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise solutions and DevSecOps leads, to identify intersections, interdependencies within the portfolio (resources, time, scope..). Provides input into portfolio level dashboards and scorecards to facilitate strategic decision making. Facilitates priority, interdependency, and sequencing of programs and projects within portfolio. Applies risk framework across the portfolio to enable decision making. Supports value realization framework utilization across portfolio. Aggregates reporting of comprehensive global and corporate functions portfolio work (proposed and in progress) and communicates to Portfolio Stakeholders to facilitate demand management as required. Facilitates periodic Portfolio Reviews. Provides clarity and direction to Program and Project Managers based on project health parameters within portfolio. Shares and utilizes best practices on all programs and projects within portfolio to execute and deliver to scope, quality, timeline, risk and budget requirements. Supports Project Quality Analysts to ensure complete and accurate SOX and PICT documentation for IT Leadership. Drive integration between IT Leads & Support areas (I&O, Enterprise Solutions, Enterprise Architecture, InfoSec, Finance IT, to ensure Portfolio definition). Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or STEM career. A minimum of seven (5) years of Project management & Portfolio Management experience. Solid understanding and experience on developing, managing, and executing IT Strategy. Solid understanding of Digital technologies and business processes that enables and supports these technologies. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies that achieve a strategic vision. Robust management of SAFe, DevOps, and Lean Portfolio Management principles. SAFe Agilist certified desirable. Solid understanding of PMI's Portfolio, Program, and Project Management frameworks. PMI Portfolio Management Professional Certification optional.
