This role is central to Viasat Mexico’s success by supporting, managing, accelerating facilitating, and implementing our ever-growing number of marketing initiatives.- Responsible for running the development of all our marketing initiatives, launches, campaign process, timelines, and workflow.- Write and present project briefs outlining the scope of the project to both management and project teams.- Develop project outlines, roadmaps, dashboards, and reporting to implement target dates.- Ensure requirements and internal processes are completed accordingly.- Evaluate and optimize current workflows and processes to deliver optimum results and drive efficiencies within the company.- Move quickly and collaboratively to drive impact while balancing multiple workstreams.- Work closely with various departments to ensure projects are delivered successfully: on time, within budget, and accomplishing the stated business objective.- Report on key projects and associated results in a clear, concise manner to all levels of the organization.- Think strategically, and creatively, with the customer at top of mind to make recommendations regarding the execution of strategies and potential solutions.- Requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.- Ability to influence and leverage partnerships.- Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences within various levels of the organization.- Strategic and analytical problem solver who can collect and analyze data to make process and business decisions and recommendations.- Advanced verbal and written language skills in English and Spanish for business- Bachelor's degree- Up to 10% travel- Preferences- Master's degree- PMI-PMP Certification is a plus.**Additional Requirements and Information**:- Minimum Education- BA/BS- Years of Experience- 5-8 years- Travel- Up to 10%- Citizenship- None- Clearance- None- Worker Classification- Employee
