**Role Purpose**Provides technical support to front-line workforce and manufacturing engineers making products in an industrial environment. Works hands-on with manufacturing equipment and activities. Identifies and supports process improvements. Uses judgment, experience and initiative to resolve problems and make recommendations. May help determine methods and procedures on new assignments.**Key Responsibilities**- Support Quality Engineering on implementing and maintaining Quality systems to meet the requirements of production, ISO 9001 and TL 9000- Support Engineering in the Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns and Customer notifications received- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen, lean methods, etc.- Support training to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system- Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality alerts, etc.- Monitor and report CTQ’s performance in the processes (i.e. SPC)- Support statistical analysis to engineering and production as related to quality issues.- Develop and assurance of measurement systems thru the use of statistical tools (i.e. GR&R)- Ability to execute process audit, prepare report**Experience/Education Required**- Industrial, mechanical or mechatronics technical degree- 0- 7 years of experience in similar position.**Experience Desired**- Experience on PFD, PFMEA, and Control Plan- Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts.- SAP & Windchill knowledge desirable- Experience in use of measurement tools ( CMM, Optical Comparator, Microna)- Drawing Interpretation- Experience in ISO 9001, TL 9000 is a plusTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $11,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Servicio de gimnasio- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono anualTipo de jornada:- Incluye fines de semana- Rotativo- Turno de 12 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
