The role of the Inbound Customer Service Representative is to receive and handle incoming calls from our clients who have enrolled into our certified and compliant debt settlement program, assisting them with their questions or needs.**We need**:- Industry experience is not required.- Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.- The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.- Computer savvy.- Proficient in English & Spanish.**Responsibilities**:- Answer inbound calls from enrolled costumers, identify costumer needs and offer the most appropriate resolution.- Ensure service delivered to our costumers meets contractual goals (KPIS).- Greet costumers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using company specific procedure.- Listen attentively to costumer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.- Answer billing questions by talking through components of costumer accounts.**We offer**:- Weekends off.- Monday to Friday 6 am - 3 pm or 6:30 am - 3:30 pm- Food stamps.- Monthly bonus.- Transportation.- $17,500 monthly gross.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $17,500.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Programa de referidos- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistenciaTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Fines de semana- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
