**What do we expect from you in the area?** As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the direct channel for attracting, negotiating, closing, and growing new clients, you will encourage our clients to grow and develop in international markets. We want you to be able to develop your commercial potential by proposing innovative ideas, providing incentives, and working as a team to obtain the best results.**We offer you**:- Base salary $20,000.00 to 24,000.00- Uncapped commissions average $20,000.00-$35,000.00.- Direct contract with our company.- Paid training.- Hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.- Life insurance.- Professional Development Courses.- Major Medical Expenses Insurance.- Payroll advance for the days worked.- Opportunity for development, growth, and career plan.**For us it is very important that you meet the following requirements**:- Completed Bachelor of Engineering.- Minimum experience of 2 years in a commercial area, corporate sales, or similar.- Interested in technology.- Advanced English 100% (perfect grammar and communication skills).- CRM management.- Office management (Advanced excel would be a plus)**What activities will you have to do?**- You will be responsible for carrying out the entire sales process, which includes: lead search, negotiation, consultative selling, platform onboarding, retention, and sales closing.- Your main focus will be acquiring and developing new accounts, doing Cross-selling and Up-selling.- You will generate business relationships and monitor the sales strategy, ensuring that the established objectives are met.- You will capture leads through different platforms, social networks, and the latest market trends.- You will manage the CRM and keep it updated with customer information and sales activities.Join our dynamic team and be part of the exciting transformation of the logistics, technology, and e-commerce industry as a Sales Development Representative.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $20,000.00 - $24,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vidaExperiência:- prospección: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Conversational English.
