**Objective**:We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes full ownership of processes and results. This role requires a team player with high drive and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll lead and optimize all operations activities—including production, logistics, warehouse, quality—to ensure our products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage daily operations, directly supporting and coaching front-line leaders to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.- Oversee production schedules, material flow, and resource planning to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize throughput.- Be present on the floor—removing obstacles, supporting teams, and modeling a “lead by example” approach.- Analyze performance data and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key operational metrics.- Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Planning to resolve issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.- Establish, validate, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across operations.- Drive improvements in layout, workflow, equipment utilization, and labor efficiency.- Balance a solutions-driven mindset with the judgment to recognize when to set limits or say “no” to protect priorities, safety, and standards.**Qualifications**- 5+ years of experience in operations or production leadership roles.- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field.- Bilingual: English and Spanish required.- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.- Highly comfortable in a hands-on environment.- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and leading teams through change.- Proactive, solutions-driven, and always looking ahead.- Enjoys being close to the process and working side-by-side with the team.- Thrives under challenge and adapts quickly to new demands.- Collaborative, humble, and committed to team success.- Balances innovation and efficiency with accountability and discipline.- Dedicated to quality, ownership, and operational excellence.Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Rosarito, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Are you able to have a fluent conversation in English?Work Location: In person
