Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary_ To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Warehouse Supervisor_ located in _Guadalajara, North Campus.__ Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records._What a typical day looks like:- _ Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods._- _ Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled._- _ Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods._- _ Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability._- _ Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse_- _ Accountable for ordering necessary equipment._- _ Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked._- _ Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner._- _ Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Experience in materials management, Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, or a related field._- _ Practical knowledge of BAAN or similar systems for inventory and materials management._- _ Ability to oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, assorting, and efficiently organizing materials._- _ Proficiency in cyclical counting and understanding the impact of poor inventory management processes._- _ Familiarity with 5S methodologies, promoting continuous improvement and maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
