**Job Overview**This Business Unit Finance role will manage the flow of financial information to ensure accurate and robust reporting, providing insight on key performance indicators and identifying opportunities for continual process improvement. It will also include ownership of monthly P&L forecasting and reporting to meet IQVIA Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The role works closely with various stakeholders to ensure business objectives are achieved, including IHP/PCS GM and senior leadership, Sales Operations and Corporate Accounting.**Essential Functions**- Serve as a support for general financial planning and analysis for a global business unit.- Recommends and implements system solutions for the budget and forecast processes.- Monitors and reports on areas of operational risk and/or opportunity.- Review and perform month end activities by NOE (Nature of Expense). Record accruals and prepare reclass entries accordingly (including recharges to other BUs and SW deferrals calcs).- Analyze schedule of Prepaids by vendor and agree with GL monthly postings. Hygiene in SAP/PeopleSoft accounts (up to date and accuracy) and flow into Hyperion.- Maintain Financial Reporting structure and Cost rates in EBX and PSA.- Create and maintain financial ad-hoc analysis (especially for granular revenue) for business and finance leadership.- Headcount forecasting and reporting - Workday info in Hyperion.- Analyzes monthly forecasts and revenue results to identify key growth drivers and trends.- Research and reports on ad hoc information requests.**Qualifications**Required:- Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent in Finance/Accounting- 5-6 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting, and finance- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong leadership and focus- Strong project management skills and the ability to translate business issues into financial requirementsPreferred- Other Graduate degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management- Experience and technical proficiency in financial systems and databases (Hyperion, SAP, PeopleSoft and Excel)- Experience in presenting and working with senior management.
