We protect a workplace where there is zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage a high volume of HR Referral and Compliance cases within the region, in line with SOPs, established processes, and local laws.- Ensure all cases are handled promptly, aiming for resolution within established SLAs.- Ensure timely and accurate entry of case data into the ER Tracker.- Analyze data and keep the ER Lead informed of case trends, contingencies, barriers, and opportunities.- Collaborate with People Teams and other stakeholders to implement recommendations and preventive actions.- Provide coaching and guidance to people managers and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company policies.- Prepare accurate investigation case summary reports in English.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree required. Major in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Law, or related field.
