Make It Matter.**As part of Mondelēz International Digital Services, you work with the services operations capability leads to ensure that defined processes and tools (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.) are used to provide impeccable service to the organization. You and your team will define and carry out resourcing plans that deliver efficient organizational performance**Job Summary**:This role promotes and sustains a work culture where all employees are treated with respect and dignity. We protect a workplace where there is zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, bullying, and retaliation.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage a high volume of HR Referral and Compliance cases within the region, in line with SOPs, established processes, and local laws.- Ensure all cases are handled promptly, aiming for resolution within established SLAs.- Ensure timely and accurate entry of case data into the ER Tracker.- Analyze data and keep the ER Lead informed of case trends, contingencies, barriers, and opportunities.- Collaborate with People Teams and other stakeholders to implement recommendations and preventive actions.- Provide coaching and guidance to people managers and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company policies.- Prepare accurate investigation case summary reports in English.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree required. Major in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Law, or related field. Master’s preferred.- Senior HR experience required (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Manager, HRBP, Employee Relations, Ethics/Compliance, Labor Relations, or similar).- Experience in large, global, matrix organizations is preferred.- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) required.- Intermediate or advance proficiency in Portuguese (oral and written) highly preferred.**Technical Competencies Required**:- Strong investigation and interviewing skills- Analytical and problem-solving abilities- Detail-oriented and highly organized- Excellent customer service and sense of urgency- Ability to write concise reports and summarize effectively- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately**Key Soft Skills Competencies**:- Professional maturity: Able to navigate conflict, ambiguity, and differing narratives while maintaining composure, emotional stability, and professionalism.- Emotional intelligence: Demonstrates interpersonal awareness, understands others’ experiences, reads audiences, and adapts own communication to ensure message clarity and effectiveness.- Adaptability: Embraces change and acts with agility, even without ideal conditions or full information.- Positivity: Approaches tasks, conversations, and projects with an open, constructive mindset.- Introspection: Self-aware and willing to acknowledge mistakes and pursue personal growth.- Listening: Listens actively with the intent to understand.No Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryOur Latin America region is comprised of four Mondelez International business units: Brazil, México, Southern Cone (which includes Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay) and WACAM (which includes 12 South American countries and the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico); and one stand-alone market: Venezuela.
