To accomplish this, you will provide support to managers, site leaders and the labor function generally.**How you will contribute**You will:- Support, improve and execute on the company's labor relations activities- Assist with and conduct union contract negotiations- Devise and direct positive employee relations activities with an Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and HPWS focus- Provide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievances- Collaborate on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments in the labor relations discipline**What you will bring**A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:- Relevant labor relations or human resources experience- Experience in labor negotiations, contract administration, and/or union-free campaigns, and prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience highly preferred- Ability to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates and union representatives- Drive for results and customer service orientation- Project management skills and pro-actively manage work- Proven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project prioritiesNo Relocation support availableBusiness Unit SummaryMondelez México has been in the country since 1927 and currently employs 6,000 wonderful people.
