Operations Manager – High-Tech Manufacturing Build. Scale. Lead a Transformation. We are partnering with a global leader in high-technology interconnect, sensor, and antenna solutions — serving the IT and datacom markets. This is a career-defining opportunity for an Operations leader who thrives in fast-growth, complex manufacturing environments and is ready to scale operations from 500 to over 2,000 employees (400% growth) . The Role The Operations Manager – will lead a large, multi-functional organization with full accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Profitability . You will play a key role in: Driving world-class operational excellence Leading aggressive new product introductions Owning and improving P&L performance Building a strong continuous improvement culture This role is ideal for a high-potential leader with a clear path to Plant Manager . Lead and develop a large-scale operations organization (500 → 2,000 employees) Own Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Gross Margin performance Drive Lean / Gemba / Tiered management routines using KPIs Ensure reliable, efficient manufacturing from raw material to shipment Manage budgets, capital expenditures, and operating expenses Partner closely with Product Line, Sales, Supply Chain, and HR Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and growth initiatives Improve OEE, uptime, yield, and overall operational performance Create an engaging, safe, and high-performance work environment What We’re Looking For 5+ years as Operations Manager / Business Unit Manager / Sr. Production Manager Proven success in labor‑intensive manufacturing environments Experience in cable, harness, or interconnect manufacturing (strong plus - not mandatory) Hands‑on Gemba leader with Lean / TPS mindset Experience with NPI , ERP/MRP systems (AX a plus) Exposure to budgeting and P&L management Strong people leader with a track record of developing high‑performing teams Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience Why This Role? ✔️ Massive growth and visibility ✔️ Direct impact on strategy and execution ✔️ Clear succession path to Plant Manager ✔️ Work with a global technology leader ✔️ Build something truly scalable ✈️ Travel: Up to 5% (valid passport & US visa required) If you’re ready to lead at scale, influence the business, and grow to the next level , we’d love to connect.
