Transportation Procurement Analyst

**C.H. Robinson **is currently looking for a Transportation Procurement Analyst.**Responsibilities**:- Set up and manage international transportation (air & ocean) bids in partnership with the customer.- Analyze the results of international transportation bids and help the customer understand the costs/savings of the strategies they are deploying.- Manage internal and external customer expectations and relationships- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with internal network of relationships- Transition relationships to carrier providers, customer stakeholders and TMS providers- Provide benchmarking and KPI support with customers- Help define internal and external project teams- Partner with stakeholders to gain commitment of project team resources- Lead and facilitate project tollgate meetings, responsible for results and customer sign off- Document project, scope, communications, and expectations- Support group methodology, tools, techniques, infrastructure, and presentations- Track hours of time spent by project, branch, and assignment in accordance with group guidelines- Resolve project issues and escalate when needed- Assess and manage project risk- Support gathering of post-engagement feedback and internal reviews- Responsible for quality, review, and delivery of all customer documents- Assist other groups, especially sales and account management teams- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements**Qualifications**:Required:- +2 years of transportation experience - Air and Ocean Transportation Bid Consulting.- Previous procurement or project management experience will be a strong advantage.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with MS Excel- Collaborate effectively across functions and influence partners.- Demonstrate solid negotiation, planning, and problem-solving abilities.- Thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized, matrixed, global environment.- Build strong relationships across all organizational levels.- Efficiently multitask, prioritize projects, and pay strong attention to detail.Preferred:- Preference for experience utilizing bid/sourcing tools (Jaggaer ASO preferred).- Previous Project Management experience**Disclaimer**:- This job description is intended to generally describe the nature and level of work to be performed by employees in this position.
