The company focuses on cross-cultural excellence to empower businesses to focus on expansion and growth.**About the role**:We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to join our healthcare support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them understand and take full advantage of the benefits included in their healthcare membership. Your focus will be on delivering a personalized, professional, and empathetic experience while ensuring that all interactions comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about improving the patient experience and has previous experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sector.**What You’ll Do**:- Provide personalized assistance to members to help them navigate and utilize their healthcare benefits effectively.- Conduct welcome calls with new members to explain membership features, answer questions, and build rapport.- Assist patients with scheduling services, understanding coverage, and resolving billing or access issues.- Educate patients on available services, preventive care options, and how to make the most of their membership.- Support members with claims guidance, documentation needs, and follow-up on submitted requests.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the CRM and related systems.- Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.- Assist in tracking member satisfaction and feedback to continuously improve the service experience.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction.**Required Skills & Experience**:- High school diploma or equivalent required- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service; experience in healthcare, health insurance, or patient support preferred.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a warm and empathetic approach.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.- Comfortable working with CRM platforms, healthcare systems, or electronic records.- Knowledge of healthcare terms, insurance concepts, or membership-based service models is a plus.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong asset, though not required.**What We Offer**:- Competitive **base salary**:- Full **law benefits (15 days of Christmas bonus if you have less than a year, 20 days of Christman bonus at year, 37.5% instead of 25% of vacation bonus)**:- **Punctuality** and **attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN**:- **Excellence**bonus of $1,000 MXN- **Private minor medical insurance**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $21,000.00 - $22,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Días de maternidad superiores a los de la ley- Días de paternidad superiores a los de la ley- Seguro de gastos médicosPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Are you comfortable working in an onsite setting?- What's your monthly salary expectation in mexican pesos and gross wisely?Idioma:- Inglés (B2- C1) (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
