With a focus on cross-cultural excellence, GDL Connect empowers businesses to focus on expansion and growth while providing regional proximity for on-site training and seamless daily client communication.**Role Description**This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Servicing Agent located in Guadalajara, JAL. The Client Servicing Agent will be responsible for client services, customer service, and account management on a daily basis.**Qualifications**- Client Services and Customer Service skills- Client Relations and Account Management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Support reporting needs related to delinquencies, partial payments, and account statuses.- Support clients with water payments and payment arraigament in case of delinquency.- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in loan servicing systems.- Conduct welcome call with homebuyers before their first payment.**What We Offer**:- Competitive **base salary $20k - $22 K gross monthly**:- Full **law benefits**:- **Punctuality** and **attendance bonus of $2,200 MXN**:- **Private minor medical insurance**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 al mesPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
