Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.**Responsibilities**:- Be the change agent for people, process, and systems- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals.- Lead cross-functional teams across loan processing, leasing operations, servicing, and customer support- Implement a scalable system which supports business growth, drives automation and simplification, reduces complexity and customization- Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team, build agility amongst the team, create a sustainable business model- Collaborate with sales, credit, product, and technology teams to support new product launches and market expansion.- Serve as a key liaison with external partners, vendors, and healthcare clients.- Streamline workflows for loan origination, underwriting, documentation, funding, and servicing- Define and track KPIs to measure operational performance and customer satisfaction.- Prepare and present reports to executive leadership on operational health and strategic initiatives.- Implement digital tools, AI/ML technology to improve turnaround times and reduce operational risk- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality- Partner with legal and compliance teams to manage audits and regulatory reviews- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field- 10 years of experience in leasing and loan operationsDesired Characteristics- MBA or a master's degree in a related field- Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA, or CTP) preferred- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills- Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables- Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link business strategy, operations, and financials- Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situationWe expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership -always with unyielding integrity.Our **total rewards** are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
