Descripción y detalle de las actividades Empresa enfocada a la manufactura y producción de electrónicos deportivos, abre la oportunidad de ampliar tu experiencia y desarrollo para el área de Tecnologías para soporte técnico - IT Tech Support Jr. OBJETIVO GENERAL DEL PUESTO Brindar soporte técnico oportuno y soluciones efectivas ante incidentes e inquietudes relacionadas con el hardware y software utilizado en la organización, asegurando la funcionalidad y disponibilidad de la infraestructura de TI, así como asistir y entrenar al personal interno en el uso eficiente de las herramientas tecnológicas. Brindar soporte técnico y asistencia al usuario final para la correcta operación de los equipos de cómputo, software y la red de datos de la organización. Diagnosticar fallas de hardware y software, proporcionando soluciones o escalando los casos que lo requieran. Realizar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos de equipos informáticos. Elaborar documentación técnica e instructivos de uso de los sistemas. Hacer pruebas a las aplicaciones y software para identificar fallas o problemas técnicos. Atender reportes e incidencias de fallas de computadoras y laptops. Reparar e instalar hardware de computadoras como discos duros, tarjetas madres, de red, de video, etc. Instalar sistemas operativos y aplicaciones de usuario final. Dar soporte vía remota utilizando software de escritorio remoto. Configurar equipos de cómputo nuevos y formateados. Escalar los casos que requieran asistencia especializada de proveedores o fabricantes. Realizar respaldos y recuperación de información. Mantener actualizado el registro con los datos de hardware y software instalado en los equipos. Documentar los procedimientos de soporte técnico. Soporte y mantenimiento a servidores Soporte a impresoras Instalación de redes de datos (cableado estructurado) Presencial. Planta ubicada en Parque Finsa, frente a UABC - Otay Tijuana Baja California. Experiencia y requisitos Requisitos ; Ingeniería en sistemas, informática o carreras afines - último semestre o cuatrimestre, sin carga académica, Conocimientos en instalación y configuración de sistemas operativos en PC / Laptops. Conocimientos en diagnóstico y reparación de fallas de hardware. Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y habilidades comunicativas. Ponchado de cable.
