We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.**Overview**:The Global Business Solutions (GBS) Center in Mexico was established 2012 to provide financial shared services such as Order to Cash & Purchase to Pay and Travel Expenses (INEXT). Since then, the organisation has grown to over 60 professionals offering exceptional levels of service to its LATAM business partners.The Global GBS Management Team is currently looking for a people-oriented, customer centric and forward-thinking apprentice to join its team in Mexico.**Key Responsibilities**Responsible for the execution of communication and engagement initiatives within the GBS covering:- Communication designs and launch by developing and maintaining a clear communication channels across the organization.- Liaison between GBS Global communications and LATAM regional team.- Oversee initiatives across the different employee committees.- Support for event organization Team Lilly activities, Town Hall, Employee, Corporate Visitors.- Provide high quality assistance and administrative support to the GBS MX management team to ensure the business operation.- Assist to some areas in HR GBS (trainings, reports, onboarding)- Help on business plan process.**Requirements**:- Bachelor student in the last 1.5 years of school.- Available to work for 6 hours daily during mornings.- Fluent English (written and spoken)- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.**Key skills/competencies**- Strong communication skills.- Organization and prioritization- Critical thinking.- Proactive approach.- Self- driven.- Fast learner.- Flexible and adaptable to different environments.Lilly does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.WeAreLilly
