We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.**Description**:Responsible for the execution of communication and engagement initiatives, this role is designed to be hands-on in a dynamic communication environment.**Key Responsibilities**:- ** Execute Communication and Engagement Initiatives**: Lead the design and launch of communication strategies, ensuring clear and effective channels across the organization.- ** Develop and maintain content**: Assist creating and editing content for different communication channels, including newsletter and internal social media.- ** Liaison Role**: Act as the primary contact between GBS Global Communications and the LATAM regional team to ensure alignment and consistency.- ** Committee Support**: support various employee committees to foster engagement and collaboration.- ** Event Organization Support**: Coordinate and support events such as Team Lilly activities, Town Halls, and visits from corporate and employee groups.- ** Administrative Support**: Provide high-quality assistance and administrative support to the GBS MX management team to ensure smooth business operations.- ** HR Support**: Assist with HR-related tasks including training, reporting, and onboarding processes.**Requirements**:- Undergraduate student, primarily in Administration field, entering the final 1.5 years of their degree program.- Available to work for 6 hours daily mainly in the mornings.- Fluent English (written and spoken)- Advanced Microsoft Office and Power Apps knowledge**Key Skills / Competencies**:- Strong Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to create clear, and engaging content.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Interpersonal Skills- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proactive Approach: Initiative-taking and forward-thinking.- Self-Driven: Highly motivated and independent.- Flexible and Adaptable: Versatile and able to thrive in various settings.**Desirable**:- Not applicableLilly does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.WeAreLilly
