Fp & a Group Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Manage a team of finance professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions)- Drive forward looking processes including forecasts, strategic/operating plans, monthly outlooks, and review results- Perform analysis and deliver presentations related to the financial performance of Citi and its competitors- Generate analytics for quarter end flash results, related highlights, Board of Directors reports, and executive management reports as well as lead quarterly competitor reviews, quarterly annotated supplement, and quarterly investment reports- Lead the estimation of risk capital and embed estimation and other metrics of capital usage into management reports and decision processes- Prepare/present to senior management and stakeholders on using metrics to evaluate and drive business decisions- Manage the delivery of full range of services to one or more businesses/geographic regions and interact with peers internally/externally, including regulators and professional organizations- Advise internal clients on the implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes, and firm/business unit strategy**Job Purpose**:- This position reports directly to México’s FP&A Head and manages a team of 3 persons.- Lead the Mexico’s regulatory planning exercises from Base Plan, Stress test and recovery plan in MX GAAP.- Lead a cross functional team, including risk, treasury, legal and finance, and engage with the senior management, risk committee and board to present and approve these exercises**Key Responsibilities****Ejercicio de Suficiencia de Capital (Stress test)**:- Develop the assessment of the capital adequacy of Citibanamex under a severely adverse operating environment to ensure sufficient capital to withstand and continue to be able to lend to households and businesses, continue operations, maintain ready access to funding, and meet obligations to creditors and counterparties**Plan de Contingencia (Recovery Plan)**:- Develop the regulatory planning exercise to detail the Bank’s strategy for remaining a going concern while experiencing severe stress in capital and liquidity metrics, coordinate the development of an action plan to mitigate the impact, governance framework and communication strategy**Resolution Plan**:- Coordinate all deliverables to Citi regarding resolution plan- Engage with senior management and global resolution team in develop Mexico’s chapters- Coordinate Mexico’s virtual data room (VDR)**People**:- Develop a strong team to lead the analysis of Outlook, Balance, Cost of Credit, Scorecards, Actuals and Hedge**Qualifications****Knowledge/Experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Economics or other related areas.
