Mexico 21607****Position Responsibilities**- Lead HR programs, services and strategies for 160+ employees.- Motivate, lead and develop team of HR professionals to exceed hiring goals.- Collaborate with the branch manager, hiring managers and HR team members on high-growth recruitment strategies, organizational structure and staffing levels.- Provide guidance on employee relations and matters of corrective action.- Communicate and administer company benefits and compensation plans.- Partner with leadership to keep employees engaged and aligned to company success.**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.- **Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.**- PHR certification **preferred.**- 7+ years HR / recruitment manager experience including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.- Familiar using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
