Your supervisor will give you the scope of work, but you need to be able to hit the ground running and not wait for someone to tell you exactly what to do. Proactivity, strategy, and vision will be essential in this role. Our clients are hiring Cadencia team members to make their lives and company operations better-if you are the right person, you will be able to organize their work more effectively from Day 1**Key Responsibilities**:These responsibilities may vary by the client you are selected to support.**Project Planning & Execution**- Lead and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.- Independently develop project plans, set timelines, and define key milestones.- Identify risks and proactively resolve roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.**Stakeholder Coordination**- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and ensure smooth execution of projects.- Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, providing clear and timely communication.- Manage team coordination, ensuring tasks are properly assigned and progress is tracked effectively.**Process Improvement & Operational Support**- Analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.- Document project progress, lessons learned, and best practices to enhance future performance.- Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records, reports, and compliance-related materials are organized.**Technology & System Management**- Oversee the implementation and use of project management tools and other software to enhance team productivity.- Serve as the primary contact for software vendors, subscriptions, and service providers.- Ensure smooth operation of essential tech tools and systems.**Training & Onboarding**- Oversee onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped for their roles.- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and best practices.- Provide ongoing support to team members to ensure compliance with company processes and project standards.**Qualifications**:- ** Bachelor’s degree** in business administration, project management, or a related field.- ** 3-5 years of real project management experience** leading and executing projects from start to finish.- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.- Strong ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.- Exceptional organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.- Ability to "manage up." You need to be a leader, and not wait to be told exactly what to do.- Fluent in **English and Spanish**—able to work 8 hours a day in English (written and verbal).- Proven experience handling administrative tasks, compliance requirements, and internal communications.- Ability to **work independently** in a remote environment with mínimal supervision.- Tech-savvy and experienced with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).Please note: Cover letters are very common in the United States. **We recommend that you submit a cover letter outlining your interest in a project management role with Cadencia**.
