Senior Business Development Manager Responsibilities Become a trusted advisor to our clients identifying their needs and crafting winning solutions leveraging industry expertise. Develop strategic account plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets fostering long‑term client relationships. Lead the sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification to proposal development, negotiation and closing. Collaborate with internal teams (pre‑sales delivery) and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. Build a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and identifying new opportunities across the service mix. Requirements 8 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success in Banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI). Experience in software development services (Java, Angular, Flutter). Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or a related field. Open to working on a hybrid model in Mexico City. Desired Qualifications Sales of Artificial Intelligence projects. Sales of Data Analytics projects. Sales of Automation projects. Sales of AWS projects. Key Skills Business acumen with a strong understanding of strategic account management. Proven ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Relationship building and client management expertise. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies. Languages Advanced oral English. Native Spanish.
