Job Title: Sales Development & Revenue Enablement Associate (Remote) Location: LATAM / South Africa About the Role Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented team member with a passion for eCommerce and digital experiences to join their growing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and scaling outbound and mid-funnel sales efforts through thoughtful execution, coordination, and enablement. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and subject matter experts across design, technology, and strategy to ensure outreach, nurture, and follow-up efforts are consistent, effective, and well-prepared. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn how modern sales teams operate. Key Responsibilities Support the execution and continuous improvement of outbound and nurture efforts across email, LinkedIn, and other channels Monitor engagement and interest signals to support effective follow-up and prioritization Assist with post-event and campaign follow-up efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing Ensure data quality and consistency in the CRM, supporting pipeline visibility and reporting Track performance metrics related to outreach, engagement, and pipeline health, and contribute to improvements in sales processes, workflows, and enablement efforts Qualifications 1+ years of experience in sales development, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related role Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working collaboratively and supporting a team-based sales motion Motivated, curious, and eager to learn and grow Preferred Exposure to outbound or account-based sales approaches Interest in using technology or AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness What Our Client Offers Opportunity to grow within a dynamic sales organization Exposure to modern sales, marketing, and enablement practices Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Other Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
