Nos comprometemos con el desarrollo de nuestros miembros del equipo y a fortalecer a aquellos que desean descubrir diferentes áreas de nuestro negocio o a adquirir experiências internacionales**Job Description**:- Follow up and support of initiatives implemented such as Kanban, 5S’s, BPD L2, and DOM (audits).- Support the operational areas in the execution of projects of continuous improvement through time and motion analysis, SMED, SCRAP analysis and Value Stream Maps among others.- Detect opportunities to improve on productive areas and provide the lean manufacturing solutions.- Follow up on action plans derived from improvement opportunities or ongoing projects.- Provide training in lean manufacturing (BMS) tools (5S´s, SMED, Kanban, 7 wastes, SOP´s, visual factory).- Develop presentations and basic statistical analysis.- Provide the support in projects of productive areas.**Qualifications**:- Studies completed in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical).- Knowledge and experience in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools (at least 3 years).- Successful completion of lean manufacturing projects.- Training of lean manufacturing tools.- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis.- Leadership of teams of continuous improvement in manufacturing environments.**Other key factors**:Advanced English, leadership, teamwork, decision making, effective communication, project management, skills in organization, monitoring to action plans, MS Office.Additional InformationBIC es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
