Job Description

The job purpose is to support company strategy pertaining to processes alignment and streamlining within the plants by implementing and developing a Lean culture and change process that can be shared across all areas of the business from front line to executive level. As a result, the firm will achieve maximum cost reduction, profit improvement, operational excellence and customer benefits.

**Key responsibilities**:
Determine and evaluate the impact of CI initiatives related to the factories needs.

Coordinate the sustainable implementation of lean tools on the different sites. Adapt Lean tools to local culture and normative.

Set basic standards of the lean tools to be implemented which will remain valid for every tool disregarding any changes required because of culture or normative specifications of every site.

Train on every tool the responsable representatives of every site.

KPI interpretation in order to identify and propose projects related to cost reduction and productivity increase

Understanding of all manufacturing processes of the manufacturing sites

Define targets for the KPIs linked to global direction

Administrate the área resources in line with the internal politics and every site’s priorities.

Participate on global CI initiatives and give support to other sites (outside America) when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor Sc. Industrial, Mechanical engineering

Problem solving tolos and Lean Manufacturing

English (advanced), Leadership, Teamwork, Communication Skills
