The primary objective is to maintain alignment of theteam and advance progress against goals, initiatives and strategy. Supports the effective and efficientinternal workings of the senior leadership team.Executes on business operations priorities in support of broader business or functional objectives.Responsible for consulting on and administering policies and programs. Additional responsibility forsupporting and consulting on business strategic initiatives and implementing productivity improvementopportunities.Leads significant programs, and functions with a moderate level of autonomy. Creates, recommends,and implements changes to methods and influences final decisions on administrative or operationalmatters and ensuring operational achievement of objectives. Active participation in the strategicdevelopment process and translates business strategy and direction into actionable outcomes throughinteraction and collaboration with key stakeholders.**Responsibilities**:- Oversees the day-to-day management of assigned contract manufacturing relationship.Including but not limited to, weekly meetings, monthly reports and KPI dashboard updates,quarterly operations reviews and strategic plan updates.- Explicit oversight of the following elements within commercial contract manufacturing relationship:- Validation and approval of all cost elements in quoted partner pricing.- Management of quotes for line extensions- Drive partner(s) to meet material cost reduction objectives.- Drive partner(s) to achieve value add reductions through various means, including support of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) objectives, challenging status quo, defining new solutions.- Ownership and management of all aspects of quarterly pricing process for assigned partners. Ability to make informed decisions for pricing inputs to establish quarterly pricing.- Responsible for management of variances. Data analytics and trending of spend.- Ownership of Quarterly business reviews (QBR’s)- Responsible for validation and approval of change orders for products impacting partner assignment.- Build product knowledge of the Zebra products and bills of materials to inspire confidence in expertise- Contribute to measuring success, including savings, innovation related to process improvements, improved delivery and simplified processes- Ability to maintain accountability, delivering against timelines, building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor with business stakeholders, executive management and partners.- Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct pricing audits, and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements.- Ability to provide guidance with supporting Business analysts and Procurement associates.- Management of RFP process for new products sourcing and for competitive benchmarking.- Strong analytical skills, expertise in excel are critical for success in this role.- Collaborates with the functional senior leadership team and support resources on a variety ofstructural, systemic, process, and learning elements to advance achievement of businessobjectives.- Collaborates with functional leaders on ownership for and content associated with end-to-endprocesses and metrics for managing and measuring business outcomes- Facilitates dialogue in leadership communities through effectively planning agendas, engagingthe team, and managing the time. Owns maintenance of the community SharePoint sites as aprimarily vehicle for information sharing with people leaders.- Contributes to / leads various steering committees aligned to the function / business unitadvancing Zebra culture, I&D, and the business in material ways.- Supports strategic activity across the heart of the identified business function- Supports multiple simultaneous moderate-to-complex initiatives across functions and/or sites.Independently engages additional resources as needed to address
