Mercer Mexico is seeking candidates for the following position TALENT STRATEGY AND EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SENIOR CONSULTANT to join our multi-disciplinary CONSULTING TEAM in Mexico City offices.
What can you expect:
The Talent Strategy and Employee Experience Practice provides advice to a wide range of clients, helping them to develop their HR / Talent programs and practices, including:
- Talent acquisition, attraction, learning, coaching, mentoring and development process and projects.
- Leadership and talent assessments for Talent reviews and Succession planning.
- Development centers and leadership/talent development programs that motivate and empower leaders and employees to deliver their best work.
- Performance management and skills-based processes.
- Employee Experience and engagement strategies.
- Employee Value propositions.
We are looking for a solid Manager to join the Transformation Talent Strategy area who could support the team in designing proposals, delivering projects, and generating connections with our clients by bringing innovative thinking and experience.
In the Talent Strategy Practice at Mercer, you will play a critical role in helping organizations optimize their talent management strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop innovative solutions to attract, develop, and retain top talents. Your expertise in talent strategy and your ability to provide strategic guidance will be instrumental in driving organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact companies and clients (CHRO's) to expand the sales and revenue of the talent practice in order to achieve established business objectives.
- Support the Practice in designing winning proposals, participating in meetings and events for greater positioning.
- Lead the team of consultants in delivering projects related to talent, succession, career, leadership, employee experience, EVP, and overall Organizational Transformation.
- Act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the client, focusing on expanding business and client relationships.
- Lead large/complex projects and ensure project delivery meets timeline, quality, and budget.
- Act as a technical expert in one or more HR solutions or as an industry expert.
- Perform as an effective leader and coach to junior consultants.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Organization/ Management / Psychology.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Law, Political and Social Sciences or similar.
- 15+ years of experience in consulting for medium-large size companies with a focus on Talent Strategy.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with commercial responsibilities.
- Experience and proficiency in at least 2 areas of Talent Strategy.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality consulting services.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in financial and operational data analysis.
- Experience in developing and delivering executive style presentations.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office package.
