You light the way.**More about the role**This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a **Labor Relations Specialist **to join our **HR Team** in **Camargo, Chihuahua**. You’ll be responsible to** **manage and improve relations between the company and its employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.- Interprets and explains human resources policies, procedures, plans, and programs, ensuring the understanding of employees and business clients.- Improves effectiveness of employee engagement activities, with a focus on increasing retention rates.- Administer labor relations policies and agreements, ensure adherence to established policies and practices.- Provides consultative advice to people managers regarding labor relations policies and procedures.- Ensure labor compliance, according to labor law updates/changes.**More about you**While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related.- ** 5-7 years of experience in the area.**- ** Proficient in English - business conversations.**- ** Experience in global manufacturing organizations and s**trong knowledge in Mexican Labor Law.**- ** Solid skills in conflict resolutions/negotiations.**- ** Position is to be based in Camargo, Chihuahua****Everything **we’ll** do for you**You can grow a lasting career here.
