Job Title:Customer Service, Export Specialist LATAMSummary:In this role, you are the main point of contact for customer support. You will provide excellent customer service to external customers and distribution partners using your business, product, and order process knowledge.You will work with departments like supply chain, logistics, and quality. You will support sales and customers to meet their expectations and improve customer satisfaction, contributing to the business's profitability.Responsibilities Include:Order to Cash- Business Segments designated.- Managed the order process from order entry to cash specialized for ocean and air shipment. Handle all export process documents as: Incoterms, Proforma invoices, booking notifications, draft Bill of lading, Consignee and notify, advice booking notification, certificates of origin, invoice breakdown, packing list, certificate of analysis, global track and trace, airwaybill, telex release, etc.- Receives, enters, and handles customers' non-conformance / claims and ensures proper feedback is provided. (Credit notes / Debit notes / Return of material) : (coordinate with carriers, customers, warehouse, and freight forwarders).- Act as the interface communication flow between Customers / Account Manager, logistics, and all other support departments- Finance, Product Stewardship; Trade Compliance; and Quality, Freight forwarders, and Warehouses.- Analyze data from SAP to provide follow-up on shipments to customers.- Build a sustainable relationship of trust through open and proactive communication.- Serve as backup for other account specialists outside the normal backup schedule- Participate in functional and related projects.- Support in both internal and external order management auditsTravel: Global travel is required for training, and then to meet with customers in LAM in the future.Qualifications:The following are _required _for the role- 3+ years in logistics/customer service, including 3+ years with Incoterms, freight forwarders, ocean carriers, and export documentation- Customer-focused with proven relationship-building skills in complex international settings- SAP (SD module) mastery and Microsoft Office proficiency.- Fluent in Spanish and English.- Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and attention to detail.- Proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen.- Proven collaboration, coaching, and communication skills- Flexibility to begin working at 7:00 amThe following are _preferred_ for this role:- Experience in the chemical industry- PortuguesePlease include an English version of your CV when applying.LI-NK1LI-HYBRIDWhat We Offer:At Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
