Title: Customer Service AgentDepartment: Contact CenterLocation: TecnoParque **(*_**This is an on site position**_*)**Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of client accounts, promptly address issues as they arise, and maintain accurate records.- Demonstrate the company's core values and vision to customers to ensure their satisfaction.- Liaise with clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner.- Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, clients, and co-workers.- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED required.- 1+ years of Contact Center experience preferred.- Basic computer skills required.
