**Position**: Senior Logistics Coordinator**Location**: Apodaca, Nuevo León, MexicoWe are looking for a **Senior Logistics Coordinator** to provide direct support to internal partners and external customers regarding transportation, trade compliance, and logistics matters. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Warehouses to meet service level commitments, support supply chain improvement initiatives, and contribute to company goals.**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinate transportation operations for inbound, inter-company, replenishment, and customer shipments.- Investigate and follow up on shipment incidents (delays, losses, damages, customs holds).- Prepare accurate shipping and customs documentation.- Analyze freight costs, transit times, and carrier performance.- Support ERP testing, data uploads, and logistics process implementations.- Generate reports and provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency.- Develop training materials, SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.- Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain management.- ERP knowledge (Oracle preferred), data analysis and reporting skills.- Ability to document processes, support projects, and recommend improvements.- Intermediate/Advanced English (preferred for global collaboration).**We Offer**:- Competitive salary up to $30,000 MXN gross per month.- Superior benefits package.- Career growth opportunities within an international company.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $26,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Please briefly describe your logistics experience in a manufacturing plantEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
