As a member of the Master Data team, you will help create an ERP system and business processes that build data integrity and consistency. Under guidance, operates data entry tools to perform a variety of data entry, verification, and related clerical tasks. This is an entry level position. Frequently reports to the Data Entry Supervisor. May perform more complex tasks. Type data and codes required to process information. Retrieve, confirm, and update data in storage. Maintain records of data entry. Maintain logs of messages to and from computers. Monitor screens to detect malfunctions. Operate equipment within established standards. Identify errors through the use of verification procedures and make changes as directed.You will report to the Data Management Organization Supervisor. This position is located in Queretaro. You will work #LI-Hybrid**Main Responsibilities**- Contribute to DMO team results and work towards achieving team objectives.- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.- Work directly with requesters for follow-up and clarification, verification, validity, and troubleshooting.- Data maintenance projects as assigned. Such as health check reports or BI analysis.- Emphasis on basic data entry and maintenance related to all areas of master data.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree.- Entry level- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent attitude toward problem solving and the ability to work in a team environment.- Strong attention to detail.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong analytical skills to isolate problems and solve immediate needs.- Excellent planning, organization under pressure, and definition skills.This job posting may have multiple locations listed.
