Data Management Operator

Descripción de puestoAs a member of the Data entry team, you will help create an ERP system and business processes that build data integrity and consistency. Under guidance, you will operate data entry tools to perform a variety of data entry, verification, and related tasks. As an entry level position, you will report to the Data Entry Supervisor and may perform more complex tasks. This position is located in Queretaro. You will in a hybrid model.**Main Responsibilities.**- Create supplier's registers and follow up updates.- Contact suppliers via phone call. Brazil, Central America, Mexico, EU and Europe.- Attention to our purchasing areas, AP and data from different PPG sites.- Data management through Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).- Solve discrepancies caused by lack of supplier information.**Qualifications.**- Major in business administration, accountant or finance related degree.- Advanced Portuguese skills.- Previous experience in customer service or data entry desirable.- Interest in learning and developing in the area.Benefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance and more.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
