Customer Service Agent

**Tasks and responsibilities**- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features.- Analyze and report on product malfunctions (e.g., by testing different scenarios or role-playing as users).- Update our internal databases with information on technical issues and useful discussions with customers.- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.- Gather customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, ideally with experience handling inquiries and resolving issues.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools- Experience in one or more of the following areas is:- Finance or bookkeeping- Property management- Collections- Sales support or marketing- Professional certifications in any of the above areas are an advantage**Requirements**:- Reside in Mexico- Laptop or desktop computer you’d use to work, ensuring that it has a working camera.- Your device must have at least 8GB of RAM and run on an Intel Core i3 processor (4th generation) or higher.
