**Your Opportunity**Responsible for planning, organizing and make sure the correct execution of processes related of the defined People Agenda to LAC OC & Tultitlan Operations site, with the objective to continuous improving the primo experience, engagement & performance, based on our values and 3 pillars of our Culture.**About You**Develop a strategic planning & execution to policies, processes and procedures to improve the primo experience, engagement & performance thru different tactic and operating activities to challenge status quo and innovate aligned with our culture of Fearless, Family & Founders in BACARDI.**Responsibilities**:**With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to**:- Lead the LAC Talent Development Agenda to ensure high performance execution and our leadership rediness (Union & Administrative roles)- Labour & employee relationship management. Offboarding process and problem solving aligned with our culture behaviors.- Lead the HR Budget Management (HR Numeric profile)Skills and Experience**The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy**- More than 8 years of experience as a HR Generalist and leading process in HR.- Manufacturing Plant with UNION management experience is a MUST- Recruitment & Selection process hard experience is a MUST- Leadership & People management skills to influence, motivate and drive co-workers to make things happen- Teamwork & collaboration aligned with our 3 pillars Culture (Family, Fearless & Founders)- Project Management (Agile Methodology) to lead initiatives to continuous improvement implementations across LAC- Empowerment & self-driven to analyse & make decisions, acting as a problem solver.**Personal Qualities**- Psychology, Labour relationships, or Administration certificated studies (MBA is a plus)- Analytic thinking and make decisions.- Knowledge & experience into the Mexican Law management in a Manufacturing environment- Previous UNION management- Sense of urgency- Will to Win- Integrity & Ethics behavior.- Fluency in English is required.Our cultureWe share the passion and entrepreneurial flair of our founder and are guided by our three culture pillars - Fearless, Family and Founders, they inspire our Primos to be the best they can be and drive us forward in all we do.
