Job Description Drive and own the talent strategy within the assigned functional area while coaching and advising hiring managers on the recruitment process. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process (internal and external) for positions up to WL 4A across several business areas, focusing on long‑term talent pipeline development. Develop, improve and execute Talent Acquisition processes and programs. Provide market data and insights to elevate internal best practices and deliver new solutions. Work with KPI’s, metrics and continuous improvement in evaluation and selection processes and tools to enhance attraction of talent. Collaborate with key stakeholders and HR Business Partners to understand and deliver on Talent Acquisition needs and support the talent review process in driving external recruitment and internal mobility. Lead and collaborate on continuous improvement and Equity, Inclusion & Diversity projects. Operate ATS system at best practice level in accordance with audit guidelines. Advanced English level (mandatory). At least 5 years of experience in TA or HR roles. Experience with social media, databases and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn). Experience creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
