Headquartered in Texas, Centris has become one of the most rapidly growing inbound customer service hubs in Mexico with locations in Monterrey and Aguascalientes.We are looking for an IT Specialist in Monterrey, N.L.(Work on site)Job skills and Qualifications:- University degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.- **Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT role.**:- Experience in technical support, systems administration, networking, or software development, depending on the focus of the position.- Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).- Familiarity with networking and communication protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).- Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and programming languages (Python, Java, C#, etc.) as required by the position.- Knowledge of project management tools and agile methodologies.**Requirements**:- Strong knowledge of **Windows and Linux** system administration.- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to document processes and manage incidents.- Knowledge of IT monitoring and security tools.- Service-oriented and good communication skills with users.**Responsibilities**:- Management and Maintenance of IT Infrastructure- User Support and Incident Management- User Administration and Access Control- Monitoring and Security of IT Infrastructure- Inventory and License Management- Communication and Telephony Systems Management- Maintenance of Utilities and Critical Services**Schedule**:- Full time- M-F (on site)**We offer**:- Competitive salary- Career growth opportunities in a U.S.based company.- Stable, professional work environment.- Weekly payments- Law-compliant benefitsPay: $21,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you available to work on site?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- similar: 2 years (required)- Linux: 1 year (required)- SQL/ NoSQL: 1 year (required)- Python: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
