Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.**Responsibilities**:- Oversee the capabilities of the global Workplace Center of Excellence and deliver on projects, to help improve FLSmidth digital capabilities- Responsible for managing a team of IT professionals based out of our key locations.- Help our employees - and the organization to be the leader in the market through adoption of modern workplace techniques, migration, solution architecture and related services.- Management of the Client Devices (Mobile, Notebook, Desktop)- Management of the Meeting Rooms- Management of the Video Studios- Management of M365- User Management- This position will report to the Head of IT Infrastructure._What you bring- Bachelor’s degree- 10+ years’ of experience in IT infrastructure management with at least 5 years of experience working in a consulting / advisory leadership role.- Experience in leading a diverse team spread across multiple countries.- Up-to-date awareness of industry trends and technology advancements.- Able to align and work both with business and highly technical stakeholders.- A driven and forward-thinking problem solver, with the ability to motivate and drive team enthusiasm at the highest level.What we offer- Benefit package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance (Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores y Menores)- Food Cards- Savings Fund 13%, Maximum Cap Amount determined by law.- Christmas Bonus 30 days (Aguinaldo)- Vacation Premium Bonus 35%- An equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.- A global network of supportive colleagues and growth opportunities.The position is for Monterrey, Mexico.
