Overview Apex Systems Mexico is expanding our Salesforce Consulting Practice, supporting enterprise digital transformation across diverse operational environments. Through our Mexico Delivery Center, we partner with global organizations to build scalable Salesforce applications that drive efficiency, automation, and business value. We operate in pod-based delivery teams that emphasize technical excellence, collaboration, and high-quality consulting outcomes. What we look for We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Consultant to join a high-performing Salesforce delivery pod. This role will serve as a senior technical contributor, supporting complex enterprise applications across asset management, store operations, transportation workflows, and Salesforce-to-Salesforce integrations. Responsibilities Lead development and enhancement of Salesforce solutions using Apex , Aura , and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Support end-to-end enterprise processes such as asset management, compliance workflows, and operational reporting. Re-enforce code quality and maintain development standards through structured code reviews. Participate in Agile sprint activities : backlog refinement, task estimation, story documentation, and sprint ceremonies. Mentor mid and senior-level consultants , supporting their technical growth and contributing to overall pod effectiveness. Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce lead/developer working on sales cloud, service cloud, and experience cloud (communities). Financial Cloud experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of custom Salesforce development including Apex and Visualforce , as well as Salesforce out-of-the-box configuration expertise including flows, reporting, and general design concepts. Proficient in building customer-facing interfaces with Aura Components . Working knowledge building Lighting Web Components (LWC) . Proven ability to provide best practice coding standards and manage a complex CRM environment. Experience building web services using SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON. Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premises systems. Experience using code management tools (GitHub, Bitbucket) with Visual Studio Code. Experience working in a team environment with CI/CD and managing code conflicts and regression. Copado expertise is preferred. Awareness of architecture and anticipating limits and opportunities. Understanding of AGILE methodologies . Knowledge and confidence working with project tools such as Asana or Jira. Excellent analytical , organizational , and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic. Strong attention to detail . Ability to work efficiently in high-energy, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment. Self-sufficient, flexible, and motivated team player capable of managing several activities simultaneously. Strong writing skills.
