Job Description Senior Salesforce Developer – Mexico City, Mexico Responsibilities Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including system implications of ongoing releases. Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions. Perform end‑to‑end development activities: design, coding, testing, deployment, and post‑release support. Ensure quality of deliverables through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices and coding standards. Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge through documentation and collaborative sessions. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovations. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives to deliver work iteratively and efficiently. Translate functional requirements into technical design and develop robust solutions for each planned release. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce Force.com platform/Cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.). Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, controllers, triggers, batch processes, APIs, and web services. Experience with reusable UI components in Aura and Lightning Component Frameworks. Knowledge of best practices in coding standards, deployment, integration, and security implementations. Salesforce Platform Certifications – 1/2 Platform Developer certifications. Proficiency in English communication. Experience working in a Scrum team and practicing Agile development methodologies.
