We are seeking a proactive, creative, and sales-driven Marketing and Sales Manager based in Cancún to lead and execute digital marketing strategies while driving sales initiatives that enhance our brand within the field of regenerative medicine. This role combines strategic, technical, and creative skills, with a strong focus on content creation, trend analysis, campaign optimization, and the development of sales strategies to generate qualified leads and increase conversions.**Key Responsibilities**:**Ad Campaign Management**:- Plan, oversee, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.- Develop innovative strategies to maximize campaign performance and conversion rates.- Analyze key metrics and continuously adjust strategies to achieve better results.**Sales Funnel Strategies**:- Set up and manage automated campaigns with segmentation, personalization, and sales-focused calls to action.- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring seamless lead handoff and follow-up.**Content Creation and Management**:- Research trending videos and content within the regenerative medicine field to drive engagement and attract leads.- Develop ideas inspired by these trends, adapting them to communicate our brand message and value proposition effectively.- Create, record, and edit original videos for social media, aligning with relevant and current sales strategies.- Write scripts for videos that are engaging, informative, and focused on driving conversions.**Social Media Management and Content Distribution**:- Oversee the brand’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google My Business.- Plan and execute content distribution strategies across multiple platforms to support both marketing and sales goals.- Identify new platforms and digital trends to expand the brand’s reach and generate new sales opportunities.**Sales Strategy and Business Development**:- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with marketing efforts.- Identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and sales channels.- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.- Create presentations and proposals to support sales initiatives and build relationships with potential clients.**Lead Generation, Follow-Up, and Sales Optimization**:- Monitor and analyze lead generation from digital campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve quality and volume.- Work directly with the Sales Manager to refine campaigns and ensure qualified leads are converted into clients.- Evaluate results and propose data-driven strategies to optimize the return on investment (ROI).**Bilingual Communication**:- Write and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.- Create content and sales materials tailored to diverse audiences in both languages.**Requirements**:- Residency or availability to work on-site in Cancún, Mexico.- Proven experience in digital marketing, ad campaign management, trend analysis, and sales strategy development.- Advanced skills in video production, editing, and scriptwriting.- Practical knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, Bitrix, CRM systems, and video editing/design platforms.- Strong analytical skills for evaluating digital metrics, campaign performance, and sales outcomes.- Fluency in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.**Preferred Skills**:- Creativity and innovation in marketing and sales approaches.- Ability to research and adapt trends to the regenerative medicine industry.- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.- Teamwork and results-driven mindset.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
