Join us and be part of a team that believes in the power of personalized care.**About the Role**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and process **payroll activities**, including reconciliation and reporting, using **ADP** or other HRIS systems.- Assist with **workers’ compensation** claims and coordinate with insurance providers.- Prepare and maintain **HR reports and analysis**, including headcount, turnover, and payroll summaries.- Ensure accurate and timely processing of **employment verifications** and offboarding procedures.- Create and manage internal communication materials using tools like **Canva** and internal platforms (Slack, MS Teams, etc.).- Maintain up-to-date records to support **legal compliance** and audit readiness.- Ensure adherence to **OSHA safety standards** and support internal safety initiatives and documentation.- Assist in the development and monitoring of the **HR department budget**, tracking expenses and reporting variances.- Coordinate **offboarding processes** including exit interviews, system access removal, and final paychecks.- Provide administrative support for HR projects and maintain organized digital and physical personnel files.- Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, payroll, and general HR procedures.- Support initiatives for **internal communication and employee engagement**.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar administrative role.- Strong knowledge of **payroll systems (preferably ADP)** and payroll reporting.- Understanding of **workers’ compensation** processes and **OSHA** regulations.- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, charts).- Experience with **internal communication tools** and content creation (e.g., Canva).- Familiarity with **safety protocols** and HR legal compliance standards.- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.**Preferred Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- English proficiency is a MUST- Experience with HR analytics and budget tracking.**What We Offer**:- Competitive Salary- 30-day year-end bonus (Aguinaldo)- Savings fund- Grocery vouchers- Life insurance - coverage of $200,000 MXN- Major Medical Insurance - individual planIdioma:- Tienes conocimiento solido del idioma inglés?
