Customer Success Manager Restaurants CDMX Join Uber as a Customer Success Manager Restaurants CDMX . This role focuses on driving customer success by managing merchant operations health within existing Restaurants Accounts and enabling upselling opportunities to drive growth. Responsibilities Ensure follow‑up on action plans to improve operational metrics, while analyzing and identifying growth opportunities. Identify potential issues and work to resolve them, advocating for the customer's needs cross‑functionally. Provide regular reports on customer health and offer product improvement feedback. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders; support Account Manager in following up on operational, integration, and account support opportunities. Work with customers to understand their business objectives and tailor new product recommendations supported by data analysis. Share assessment of merchant's adoption gaps and monitor overall operational health to drive retention and expansion. Identify onboarding opportunities and collaborate with Merchant to activate all serviceable locations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field such as Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering or similar. At least 5+ years of relevant commercial and operational experience. Good negotiation skills and strong stakeholder management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Growth‑focused mindset with analytical and experimental skills. Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing environment and willing to adopt a generalist mindset. English proficiency required. Preferred Qualifications Ability to build trust, understand client needs, maintain long‑term relationships, and proactively identify opportunities or risks. Skill in interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating insights into recommendations that drive business outcomes. Clear, persuasive communication and ability to work effectively with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, operations) to deliver on client goals.
