Our team connects innovation with purpose — and we’re growing our presence in Mexico City to power the next generation of nearshore talent excellence.**About the Role**We’re looking for a **People & Talent Partner** to be the heart of our Mexico City operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact hybrid role that combines **Recruiting Leadership, People Partnership, and HR Coordination**. You’ll be the local face of our culture — driving hiring excellence, supporting our people, and building bridges between CDMX and HQ.**What You’ll Do****Talent Acquisition (75%)**- Own end-to-end recruiting for nuDesk and select client roles — from intake to offer.- Partner directly with hiring managers and client leads to define scorecards and KPIs.- Proactively source top talent using modern tools and personalized outreach.- Track and report recruiting analytics (time-to-slate, acceptance rate, retention).- Champion our employer brand in the CDMX market and shape nearshore hiring strategy.**Employee Experience & People Partnership (15%)**- Serve as the first-line People Partner for CDMX employees — building trust and engagement.- Lead onboarding and engagement initiatives to ensure a strong connection from day one.- Mediate and coach managers through employee relations matters.- Organize meetups, rituals, and activities that create belonging in a hybrid environment.**HR Coordination & Administration (10%)**- Coordinate with HQ (Mazatlán) on compliance, payroll, and HR operations.- Support IMSS, SGMM, benefits, and documentation processes.- Help scale HR systems and policies as nuDesk grows.**Who You Are**- 4-7 years of progressive experience in Recruiting, HR, or People Operations.- Proven success hiring professional roles (fintech, operations, or customer success preferred).- Bilingual (English-Spanish); confident communicating with clients and HQ.- Familiar with HR tools, ATS systems, and ideally AI-driven sourcing solutions.- Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.- Highly proactive, organized, empathetic, and adaptable — you make things happen.**What You’ll Love About Working Here**- Join a fast-growing AI and people operations company with global clients.- Be part of the team building nuDesk’s CDMX hub from the ground up.- Work closely with senior leadership and influence company culture directly.- Competitive compensation, IMSS + SGMM benefits, and a performance bonus structure.**Work Mode**: 100% On-site (Mexico City coworking space TBD).**Ready to build the future of People & Talent in Mexico?**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $40,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
