CareClix is transforming healthcare and has become one of the most powerful online tools allowing for medical collaboration worldwide.PHYSICIAN-CENTRICCareClix values the opinions, concerns, and feedback from our physicians as we strive to improve both the patient and provider experience- We have an outstanding culture of mutual respect and support resulting in positive patient feedback- We offer superb care coordination support so you can focus on what you do best- Our EHR is configured to limit your documentation burden and maximize efficiency- Actively participate in the development of new technology and protocols to improve patient care and outcomesPOSITION OVERVIEWCareClix is seeking a physician to provide high quality patient-centered, comprehensive virtual primary care services in Mexico.- Participate in the selection of a suitable treatment plan for all patients- Supervise other medical staff to ensure the care team is providing appropriate care in accordance with their duties and obligations- Be proactive in ensuring adequate follow up of patients and their concerns (will be facilitated greatly by our technology and care coordinators)- Provide continuous availability for medical questions to the patient- Actively participate in the development of new technology and protocols to improve patient care and outcomes**Requirements**:- Daily job is a remote task, but provider MUST still reside in Mexico and have an active and clear Mexico medical license. Additional licenses are preferred and welcomed.- Part-time commitment of 20 hours Monday through Sunday, between the possible hours of 7am to 9pm. Some weekends required.- Clean background and medical malpractice history- Telemedicine experience is preferred but not required- Should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and a multi-tasker- Position is contractualWhat you will do - Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Provide synchronous and asynchronous comprehensive clinical care that encompasses primary care- Manage patient follow ups- Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs- Prescribe medication and refills as appropriate- Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to problems that arise or escalate, as appropriate- Elevate remote care; provide compassionate and meaningful care- Dress professionally and be in a private settingEducation/Board Certification/Licensure- MD or DO- Board-Certified- Clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine- Graduation from a US medical school or foreign medical school with Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certification- Minimum of 1 year of post-residency professional experience.
