**Account Manager Monterrey**:- Location: Monterrey, NLE, MX- Work Arrangement: RemoteThe Account Manager’s mission is to grow our full product and solutions portfolio within the assigned are, as well as to detect opportunities of extending market share to new accounts.The role will also require the ability to address highly complex projects with extensive sales cycle, hence experience in project management, in value and consultative selling, and strategic mindset will be highly valued.**What you will do**:- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to grow our current business within the assigned territory and accounts.- Continuously prospecting for new opportunities on existing customer accounts and attracting new customers to grow the assigned territory in revenue and market share.- Be responsible for learning the “Markem-Imaje Sales Process” including all procedures and policies.- Manage the hardware sales process on assigned accounts, identifying customer needs and requirements for specific projects, building technical and commercial proposals, presenting value propositions and negotiating terms and conditions.- Coordinates customer substrates shipments to our printing laboratories to generate samples.- Coordinates on-site technical surveys, printer demonstrations and short-term trials.Coordinates equipment ordering and follow-up on delivery, installation and value proposition implementation by the support departments.- Visit customer facilities and act as the M-I management representative to deal with service, hardware, technical and contractual issues.**What you need to have**:- Bachelor´s degree in business, administration, engineering or related discipline- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial environment- SAP knowledge will be highly valued- Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Macros, V-look up and complex formulas)- Fluency in English (written & spoken)- Valid driver’s license- The person should reside in Monterrey.- Collaborative entrepreneurial spirit- Winning through customers- High ethical standards, openness and trust- Expectations for results- Respect and value people**What we offer**:- Growth Opportunities within international environment- Commission scheme- Performance based yearly merit increase- Health Insurance for employees and legal dependents total paid by the company- Dental help- Life Insurance- Vouchers for groceries- Saving Fund- Car as a tool- Employee Assistance Program**If you believe you match our values and have the experience we’re looking for, then apply We can’t wait to hear from you.****#LI-DNI**Work Arrangement : RemoteAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information, or any other factors prohibited by law.This position may be located in : Americas : Mexico : Nuevo Leon : MonterreySub Division: Direct Distribution Holding Mexico DHM RD5Job Requisition ID: 61054Job Function : Sales**Job Segment**:Account Manager, Outside Sales, Marketing Manager, Manager, Sales, Marketing, Management
