**Key Account Manager - Monterrey****Major Tasks**- Development, with the support of the Channel Manager, and execution of Annual business plan of their clients to achieve objectives.- Development, with Trade Marketing and the Channel Manager the business annual plan of their clients planning activities to support the reach of objectives.- Coordinate and Support the Operations Field Force manager and their team to assure the correct communication and execution of plan developed.- Develop innovative sales proposals in order to consolidate the Leadership of Bayer at their clients.- To coordinate, prepare and execute, at least trimestral Director level meeting between Bayer & main clients- Maintain adequate inventory levels and a good quality of credit & collections KPIs in his /her clients.**Skills**- Requires ability to manage high-level presentations and negotiations with buyers, directors of key customers.- Must be highly analytical to develop high impact commercial actions.- Individual should be able to work under pressure always oriented towards achieving results.- Should be expert at Microsoft office, desirable bilingual.**Período de aplicación**:- 17 Junio al 01 Julio- **División**:- Consumer Health**Ubicación**:- Mexico : Nuevo León : Monterrey**Área funcional**:- Marketing**Grado de posición**:- VS 1.1**Tipo de empleo**:- Permanente**Tiempo de trabajo**:- Full Time
