**About the Role**:We are looking for a Cash Operations Coordinator who will work within the LatAm Payment Operations team. This person will support the improvement of cash payments related processes and efforts across LOBs.This is a meaningful role aimed at optimizing Ops and Support processes for Cash Management activities across LatAm. This role calls for a combination of problem solving, detail oriented responsibility, and interpersonal ability to work with other teams to improve customer experience and business metrics.This person will work together with Support teams and with other Ops and Payments POCs in LATAM, as well as external vendors and partners to ensure a flawless cash experience for all users across Uber***:**What You'll Do**:- Build Processes for Cash Operations - Work in all activities and processes necessary to enable cash operations in Uber from an Operations perspective as well as collaborating on Customer Experience documentation and resolution processes- Process Documentation - Map existing processes and identify areas of improvement as well as supporting the execution of these processes to help new initiatives- Analytics - Analysis of cash related metrics to accurately identify areas of improvement in Collections and Cash processes- Product Improvement - Identify common difficulties and consolidate information accordingly for building a case for product improvements- Revamp Escalations Processes - Take ownership of Customer Experience support by revamping the current process to accurately consolidate and document tickets needing Ops / Product solutions, as well as improving process documentation for partner concern teams to solve most cases autonomously and reduce handling times and support costs- Be owner - Take ownership of our Uber Payments growth in LATAM and do everything you can to support and improve the quality of our services We expect you to be proactive and resourceful in order to remove road blockers and find creative solutions***:**What You'll Need**:- Problem solving - Being able to tackle issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic, common sense and data. Identifying the root cause of a problem as opposed to focusing on the symptoms- Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment while maintaining flexibility and a collaborative attitude and to drive analysis and get into conclusions- Quantitative data analysis- Good interpersonal skills that will allow you to clearly explain your work with our partners- Intermediate to advanced English is required as you will need to communicate with POCs in Brazil and HQ.***:**Bonus Point**:- Experience creating and optimizing processes a plus, but not required- Experience with SQL preferred but not required
